Diamond 128mo. All edges gilt.  688 printed pages. Contemporary silver plaquette on upper cover, with full silver hallmarks for London 1907/8. The maker is C. Widmer and Sons of Clerkenwell, London. It has a unique sliding window design marked 'PATENT' that only Widmer used - it was in order to write the owner's name behind the sliding panel. Title page slightly thumbed. 45 x 55 mm. Original red calf. Rubbed. Inner hinges cracked but holding firmly.  Bromer, 80.
